1. General Information

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our webshop.

The webshop serves both private individuals (consumers) and business customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union consumer protection legislation.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before returning the products.

The returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

3. Business Customers

Business customers are not entitled to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Returns from business customers are accepted only where required by law or where agreed individually.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after delivery, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

Each claim is reviewed individually.

5. Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:

Replacement of the product
Shipment of missing items
Repair (where applicable)
Partial refund
Full refund
Another mutually agreed solution

6. Return Procedure

Products may only be returned after prior authorization from us.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned goods have been received (where applicable) and the claim has been approved.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns of:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or misuse
Products returned without prior authorization (except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise)
Products not returned in substantially the same condition as received, except where any reduction in value results solely from handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
