Welcome to our webshop. This website is operated by Lakos-Losó Attila Mihály – Individual Entrepreneur ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General

These Terms govern the use of this webshop and all purchases made through it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on this website.

2. Eligibility

Products offered through this webshop may be purchased by both private individuals (consumers) and business customers.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.

However, minor differences in appearance, packaging, or manufacturer updates may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the webshop are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include the applicable Hungarian VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

The price confirmed in the order confirmation shall apply to the purchase.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The purchase contract is concluded only after we confirm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Technical errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Incorrect customer information

6. Payment

Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

7. Order Process and Contract Formation

Customers may review and correct any input errors before submitting an order.

After an order is placed, an automatic confirmation email is sent acknowledging receipt of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly confirm the acceptance of the order or dispatch the ordered goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where required by law or where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party logistics providers.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union consumer protection legislation.

Where applicable, details regarding the right of withdrawal are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Business customers are not entitled to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal unless otherwise required by law or agreed separately.

10. Returns and Complaints

Returns and complaints are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are requested to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt and report any issues without undue delay.

If you have any complaint regarding our products or services, please contact us using the contact details provided below.

To help us investigate your complaint efficiently, please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs or documents where applicable

We aim to acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably possible and respond within the timeframe required by applicable Hungarian law.

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may exercise the rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Warranty and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Hungarian or European Union law.

Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights provided by applicable legislation.

Business customers are entitled to the rights provided under the applicable provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.

Where a product is found to be defective, the available remedies shall be determined in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the individual case.

Customers are encouraged to notify us of any defects without undue delay after they become aware of them.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, product descriptions, website design, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all content is the property of Lakos-Losó Attila Mihály – Individual Entrepreneur or is used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described therein.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
